Well today is Sunday.. and like all Sundays (that I'm in Barrie, when I'm in London I skip) I went to church this morning. Today the Pastor was talking about the Sabbath.. trying to explain what "keeping it holy" really means. It was interesting.. cause usually this topic would have just gone in one ear and out the other (hey, at least I'm honest), but not today, I really kinda thought that the idea of being "refreshed" today was amazing. Funny thing is that it actually worked, I came back to Matts house and just "chilled". Which for me, these days, is a pretty big deal; tomorrow's Monday and I'm not even dreading it! I don't know people, maybe I'm just a slow learner.. but Pastor Doug was saying that the sabbath is for me time, God time and family time.. all that instead of panic time, I started a new tradition today. Just thought I'd add a "chill" picture to go with my post.. "Surfside Beash, SC"
